Programs and Operations Manager
Location: Remote/Hybrid – Based in Nigeria

Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Programs and Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of ADA Global Academy’s academic programs, partnerships, and operational workflows. This role will serve as the backbone of our educational delivery and support systems, working closely with leadership, instructors, and students to ensure smooth implementation and continual growth of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Management
- Plan and manage the lifecycle of educational programs (certificates, diplomas, webinars, workshops, etc.)
- Collaborate with academic leads and instructors to develop, update, and deliver course materials and schedules
- Monitor student engagement, attendance, and feedback; coordinate certificates and assessments
- Operations & Administration
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including scheduling, communication, record-keeping, and document control
- Manage internal workflows and team coordination across administrative, tech, and academic teams
- Liaise with marketing and admissions to support outreach, onboarding, and retention efforts
- Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Assist in managing relationships with institutional partners, collaborators, and guest instructors
- Support proposal development, grant writing, and institutional reporting where required
- Technology Oversight
- Oversee the use of virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Moodle, Google Workspace) and troubleshoot as needed
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure reliable delivery of online courses and events
- Quality Assurance & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports on program performance, learner outcomes, and operational efficiency
- Lead internal evaluations and continuous improvement processes
Desirable Attributes
- Experience working in a startup, NGO, or international education setting
- Knowledge of data science, technology education, or research training is a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years experience in program coordination or operational management in an educational or training context.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with online learning platforms, digital communication tools, and remote team management
- Passion for education, innovation, and capacity building across Africa and the Global South
