Dr Oluwafunmilola Deborah Awe
Dr Oluwafunmilola Deborah Awe is a highly motivated, team-oriented and resourceful Medical Doctor, Statistician and Epidemiologist with over 12 years’ experience in treating patients for a variety of conditions, medical research and capacity building. Her areas of expertise include Epidemiology, Infectious Disease Modeling, Survival Analysis, Data Management, Reproductive, Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health. She holds the MBBS Degree from The University College Hospital, Ibadan, Nigeria and a Master’s Degree in Medical Statistics from the Institute of Tropical and Infectious Disease, University of Nairobi, Kenya. She was part of the Nigerian delegation to the First United Nation Habitat Conference in Nairobi Kenya in 2018 where she delivered a talk on the floor of the house. She has attended several leadership training locally and internationally and she is currently a representative of the Ohaha Family Foundation to the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland and New York for years 2021 and 2022.

Dr Awe has working experience in various capacities at several institutions including the University College Hospital, Ibadan, Nigeria (Medical Doctor); Ohaha Family Foundation (Project Lead and Medical Statistician); School of Public Health, University of Medical Sciences, Ondo State Nigeria (Lecturer and Medical Statistician), University of Nairobi (Project Doctor-Impact Evaluation and Learning); Kenya Aids Vaccine Initiative (KAVI) Institute of Clinical Research (Medical Statistician); Kenya AIDS Control Project, Institute of Tropical and Infectious Diseases the University of Nairobi, College of Health Sciences of University of Manitoba Canada (Researcher). As a versatile Medical Doctor, Biostatistician and Epidemiologist, she is competent in health service management, infectious disease modelling, project planning/design and supervision, proposal writing and project management.
She is currently the Vice President of Awesome Data Analytics Global Concept and consults for several other organizations. Dr Awe presently resides in Campinas, Brazil with her family.
